Luisa is the agency's full-time Office Manager.  Her duties include customer
    relations, pro programs, marketing, sales support, merchandising and
    basically everything to do with the business!

    Luisa grew up in the Cotswolds, England and despite the miserable
    weather, spent as much time outdoors as possible.  Following College, she
    moved to London to pursue a career and hectic social life.  Fuelled by a
    passion to see more of the world she moved to New York in 2001 to
    continue her career in PR and crisis communications.  From her frequent
    visits to Colorado she fell in love with it and so invested in a career change.

    As Brits are not renowned for their skiing skills (yes, Eddie the Eagle was
    from near her hometown) Luisa is a Snowboarder.  She loves to hike with
    her dogs, mountain bike, dive and fly-fish.

    Her biggest passion is traveling and she escapes whenever she can.  Like
    many Europeans, she insists on extensive vacations!!
